2 cups of macaroni
1lb hamburger
1 jar of pizza sauce
1 can tomato sauce
package of peperoni slices
1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
Parmesan cheese
First cook the macaroni and hamburger then put every thing in your slow cooker in ordered listed. Place cheese on top. Cook for 1 and a half hours on high.
*NOTES* I added some onions and mushrooms to the pot as well. I can't seems to cook hamburger without onions. It seems naked if I do. Also when cooking hamburger add any spices you may want I like to use Emeril's Original Essence along with some garlic etc.
After all it is pizza you could add peppers etc as well. Cooks.com has two pages of crock pot pizza recipes so have fun. You can also use any noodles you want. It came out good.

Spicy Cajun Buffalo Wings (CD Kitchen)
3lbs chicken wings
1 bottle barbecue sauce (whatever you like)
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp mince onion flakes
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Jalapeno sauce
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp Cajun spice
Cut wings in half (cut tip off if want) and put in slow cooker, add barbecue sauce and all the other spices then mix it all together. Cook on low for 4 hours.
*NOTES* I have a Santoku knife I brought to cut up vegetables and it had trouble cutting up the wings. I had 14 wings when cut it was 28 pieces which pretty much filled my slow cooker. I could have added more. I also used a crock liner for easy cleanup. You can also spray your crock with Pam or rub it down with cooking oil.
I had everything but for the Jalapeno sauce and I don't think I missed anything. It was pretty spicy. When adding everything I was getting scare thinking damn it will kill me.
I topped it off with some mash potatoes and green beans as side dishes

Easy Lasagna
8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
28-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
2 4 oz. can of slice mushroom
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Grease your crock pot *don't care for crock liners takes up cooking space*
Break noodles in half (make them fit) place 4 in bottom of crock.
Brown ground beef in pan with onions stir in Italian seasons. Spread half over noodles.
Pour in half can of sauce with water and spread a can of mushroom on top along with half ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat for 2nd layer
Cover and cook on low 5 hours.
*NOTE*: I omitted the ricotta cheese also do not layer the top when done with noodles they will not cook. Just stick with 1 layer then 2nd layer so it cooks. This was my first time making lasagna and I was worried about the noodles not cooking but it turn out awesome.
I had to threw away the noodles on top cause didn't cook so that how I know LOL. if I had cover then with sauce they would have cook but first time have to learn.

Creamy Mac & Cheese (Paula Deen)
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 sick of butter ( County Crock stick)
2 - 1/2 cups of sharp Cheddar shredded cheese
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Campbell soup cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Cook macaroni & drain. In sauce pan mix the butter and cheese.
Stir until cheese melt. In crock pot combine cheese, butter along with sour cream, soup, salt, milk, mustard and pepper.
Stir well together then add cooked macaroni and stir again until everything is mixed together.
Set your crock pot on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
*NOTE* I actually mix butter, cheese and milk on the stove. I also omitted the eggs forget to buy. This turn out really good no more box mac & cheese. I use parmalat milk in a box because I get it for free at the food banks and they last for 6 months on the shelf. Once open put in the refrigerator. It is good for cooking.
*UPDATE* I cooked it again with the eggs and even through it was good it had bits of cooked egg in it.

Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken
1 whole roasting chicken
olive oil flavored cooking spray
seasoning salt, to taste
Make 4 or 5 loose balls of aluminum foil and place in bottom of crock pot.
Clean chicken inside and out. Spray with olive oil spray.
Sprinkle generously inside and out with seasoned salt.
Put chicken back-side down in crock pot (on top of foil balls).
Cook on high 4-6 hours. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and place under your broiler for a few minutes until the skin looks nice and crisp
*NOTES* I was scare about the aluminum foil but it was fine. I didn't have seasoning salt but I used Emeril's Essence. This is really good it's not totally like a store brought Rotisserie chicken but close enough.
